New service applications will be accepted via fax (252-752-7469) or email at You can make those arrangements by calling our office at 252-752-6252 during general working hours. Applications will also be accepted over the phone, with deposits and signatures to be obtained at a later time. For renters, rather than supplying a copy of your lease during this period of time, your landlord can call in advance to provide the name of the tenant and verify permission to set up the account.

We recognize that a safe, potable supply is key to keeping your hands washed. Therefore, interruption of service due to non-payment and any fees to customers will be suspended until furture notice.
